mrinalini anish
I am Mrinalini. I am sitting by my cluttered table, running the nib of my pen on paper, over the lines of ink, again and again. I am an artist. I draw because there is a massive feeling inside of me that I can't keep from bursting out. And now I feel the curve of the bone come alive, the ribs and spine. The feeling is merciless; it slips inside without a sound, bursting with light and urgency. And there is music I can hear from the street, people laughing and singing all around. And I know there is time yet for everything, and I am the one who will bring it all to life, one stroke, one thought at a time.
